14 hours at work and no idea when I'll be going home still!

Pretty much the entire state of Delaware is without power, well except my apartment and of course where I'm working.

We're a 24x7 operation on a skeletal staff and they have no idea when they're getting someone in here to replace me. And I've really been up since 7 yesterday morning when we started all our status calls.

I mean, I normally work today 9am-8pm but obviously I've tortured enough for one day and I have Monday's off (I work 4 10-hour shifts).

Believe me - it's all kosher

We really didn't get that much flooding up North, but it does look like a herd of trees just puked all over our city. But folks who live below the canal (there's a canal that divides our state in half) pretty much were without power and some flooding. I think the Governor just played it safe because all of Northern Delaware was flooded on Monday from a really bad storm.
