For sure! Creepy things...I may have been influenced by Stephen King's IT, but I never liked them as a kid either...creepy. Also porcelean dolls.

on The Twilight Zone (with Telly Savalas, I think) and from that point on was terrified. Don't like dolls!
Also read "The Bogeyman" by Stephen King when I was eight or nine (idiot - I knew I was gonna freak out but read it anyway) and never could deal with partially open (or closed) closet doors after that.

How the hell could he get into my house - and why wouldn't burglars use the same way? Apparently, my mom had to sit at the top of the stairs, outside my bedroom, until I quit freaking out about it one night before Easter.

Elves get automatic weapon proficiencies in rapiers (who have a wide crit range) longswords and longbows? also the immunity to sleep, the dex bonus.. i mean Elven wizards rock out!
Halflings though.. those are useless
