Say Hello to my new iMac G5--Fujiko!

I'm using it right now in fact :evilgrin: The setup was a breeze, even more than my previous iMac G3 !! Holy shitttt....all of my settngs were zapped over via Frewire in about 35 minutes, realy fast! My network settings were trasnferred too, so much so that all I had to re-do was type in my password and that's it :bounce:

The fan only came on when the Keychain asked me to trasnfer more password settings. It wsa soft sound, noting worrisome and it stopped within 2 minutes. About the only minor issue was chaning the time on the iMac G5's clock from Central Standard to Eastern Standard Time LOL. Let's see what else this bad girl can do...

3. 17 inch with the Combo Drive

I'm playing "Are You Experienced" in iTunes. Not quite the thump as my iMac G3, but I'm goig to buy external speakers anyway. Still very good sound frm the speakers.

I got mine in July, when my G4 died right before a deadline. It's sweeeeet. Except for the "paying for it" part.

while baby blm is on my emac.

We have refused to make any extra or major purchases while Bush is in office, but step out of boycott mode when it comes to Apple or any Democratic leaning company.
