2. Agreed. That's why I went with them.

However, the "outsourced" 1-800- service is painful. My first attempt some months ago met with frustration, but today was excellent.

My experience with Linksys was the opposite.

Talked to several of those stupid people who know NOTHING except to look through their 3-ring binders.

Problem not solved.
