Fathers activist in Palace stunt
BBC

Activist Dave Pyke also tried to get into the Palace in September

A Fathers 4 Justice activist dressed as Santa has chained himself to the lamps above the gates to Buckingham Palace.

Police have cordoned off the surrounding area but are not yet making attempts to get down the activist, named by the group as Dave Pyke.

The standard is flying at the palace, indicating the Queen is at home.

A protester from the same group climbed onto the Palace balcony in September, sparking security fears. Mr Pyke was also involved in that stunt.

1. I don't blame them...
I was lucky enough to tour Buckingham Palace while the queen was on Holiday this summer. I can't say I blame them, although if I were dressed up in a batman costume, i'd probably try to scale onto the roof other than chain myself to the flagstone fascade outside the queen's quarters.
