What makes Kraft Mac n' Cheese so gosh darn tasty?

I've got a pot of water boiling and I'm just waiting to sink my teeth into those those mushy little crescents, soaked in a day-glow orange cheesish sauce. Mmmmm...my tummy's a rumblin' now.
