This formula sumnates the cells from D5 to D2004.

=AVERAGE(C5:C2004)
This forumula returns the average value in that range of cells.

=IF((ROUNDUP((E11*E26),0))<E24,E24,ROUNDUP(E11*E26,0))
This formula does some funky shit I'm not even sure of.
