I got a PM a while back in which someone said that she had wondered on occasion if I was really Maureen Dowd. I so am not Maureen Dowd, but it made me curious about who or what people think is really under the snakeskin. Who do you think I am? Or I guess a different way to put it woudl be: what do you think you know about me, apart from what the column would tell you?

(I really am not Maureen Dowd. I'm not Ann Coulter on lithium either. I'm not a famous person of any kind.)
