Today I watched myself piss in a cup and then have it sent to a lab.

Pre-employment drug screen. It looks like I'm really, finally going to be employed and it's a decent job. I'm still waiting for some shoe to drop. I dare not get my hopes up although the only thing that's going to hold me up now is being wanted by the government (I'm not), having lied on my application (I didn't), or failing the drug test (been really good for a long time). Other matters are getting taken care of as well. If all goes well, I should be a single gal in the next couple of months. I can hardly believe it. It's been a Hell of a year. (Hell of a Century so far really.)

After today's events though, I'm feeling a bit drained (no pun intended).
