That album has more going for it in its short 30 minutes than any popular rock group today can muster in a whole career (with the possible exception of U2).

6. I used to have two 12" subs in a little VW Rabbit along with

two 6 1/2" mid ranges along with some tweets. I used to just KILL 1984 in that little VW. You could hear me coming from a mile away.

8. Van Halen

one of the most overrated bands ever. They had the hype machine in full gear. Roth was a decent frontman, Sammy Hagar was good, but the Van Halen bros. never seemed to get any better. Eddie married well though.

I read it on that site. While I was kind of neutral towards that incarnation of the band, I was even more turned off. THe only thing I can listen to with him is Montrose. I actually respect DLR for becoming an EMT.
