I've never been a big fan of cereal, or milk. But over the last few months I've been eating more because I'm tired of eggs. Previously, I'd eat a PBJ sandwich or something like that for breakfast.
I still don't drink much of the milk in my cereal, but I've noticed that I don't eat the 1 cup serving. It's more like two cups or more. One cup keeps me satisfied for all of about 30 minutes. BTW, I'm 5-5 and 138 pounds, so it's not like I'm really big or anything. I'm able to keep most meals pretty small (recommended serving sizes) and light.
Is the serving size a sham?

2. Yeah, I'm watching my calories. |

I eat Raisin Bran, Special K with berries. BTW, I've tried some of the more "natural" cereals and I simply hate them. I usually like cereal with either raisins or banana. About 200 cal for the cereal and 100 for a banana.
I also try to exercise every day and burn off 300-600 cal. I'm trying to work off the last 7 pounds.
