The #1 thing that bothered me was that I always thought Damascus was quite far from the ocean. Isn't that true?

Other than that it was pretty bad.

2. I liked "Hellboy"
It had nothing to do with the merits of the movie. I saw it in the theater. I do not go to a lot of movies so I almost always like the movies I see there. Then I think about it about a week later and say -- hey that movie sucked.

3. I rented "Hellboy" based on a review I heard on NPR.
Learned REAL QUICK that NPR is not the best source for movie reviews.

"Hidalgo" I watched out of boredom at a relative's house. It was either that or the "how to use your automatic pool cleaner" video. I should've tried the pool cleaner tape.

4. You all must be jealous guys---it doesn't matter what the movie is
about when you have Viggo in it!!

I haven't seen it yet, but my 28 year old daughter said it was great, and that I just HAD to see it. See what I mean?

Besides, I read where he was in Ohio campaigning for Kerry.
Got to support "those Hollywood liberals."

7. I didn't think it was too terrible.
A diverting way to spend a couple of hours, plus I saw it at the cheap theater, so I only paid a couple of bucks to watch it.

Not something I'd watch over and over and over again, but nothing that made me feel like, "Well, there's two hours of my life I'll never get back."

8. The Sphere
That's exactly what I said after watching The Sphere on television. The only good thing was that I came into it after it started, so I didn't waste as much of my life as I would have otherwise.

The acting was ok, but the writing was TERRIBLE.
