I just made a kickass lunch! |
|
I was hungry, and there wasn't that much in the fridge other than the stuff for tomorrow's Thanksgiving meal. What I did find was half a tomato, bacon, and garlic. I chopped the tomato, and thinly sliced two cloves of garlic. I put the water to boil, and dropped in about a cup's worth of jumbo shells. I melted a tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan, and put in the tomatoes and garlic. I microwaved the bacon, and broke them into tiny pieces.
When the pasta was ready, I put in the tomatoes and garlic, and then the pieces of bacon. I added some more melted butter and about half a cup of parmesan cheese with some coarse black pepper.
It was so good! Sinful, I'd say!

that sounds yummy!
So far, I've had a slice of cranberry bread, a slice of caramel-apple bread, and some hummus... That's all I've finished making so far this morning, so that's all I've had the chance to eat!
I DO have to taste-test everything, after all... :D

I made low-carb nachos with black beans.
The cape cod brand is actually quite good:)
