What a great documentary that was. You know I used to eat that crap ALL THE TIME. I stopped eating the crap, and excercised and have lost 55 pounds.

but then, I've always gotten a decent amount of activity- I work in a postal plant- so I haven't really ever had to worry about my weight.
Now, actual nutrition, on the other hand, is a totally different story :D
edit: I almost never drink soft drinks. I prefer water.
