Braised octopus is yum. But if I were doing seafood I'd go with lobster, and a nice shellfish lasagne with a tomato cream sauce.

All that 'stain-remover' crap simply pushes the stain down into the padding, where it will immediately wick back up, just as soon as the spot gets moist again.
