"slyiar": spin meet liar-- a user friendly homonym
We all know most political spin is not quite lying but in no way reflects the truth

I propose "SLYIAR as a word that identifies a culprit's clever use and manipulation of language to twist the truth almost but not quite to the point of a bald face lie.

As personae modeling perfect slyiars I propose several names...
Karl Rove
Condi Rice
Colin Powell
Donald Rumsfeld

BTW --"W" is to f*&#ing dumb to be sly.
