3. He's linking the recall to 2000.......recall is DISPRESPECTFUL |
|
to voters who chose in the election.
Prior to that---can you see the difference between now and when the Clinton-Gore admin. ended? You were told the country would be the same...
Very passionate on Prop. 54....he is very fired up. "Colorblind"--that phrase ...they use it like they use a duck blind. They use it to hide behind so you can't see what they're up to."
Measure "tricked into place."

5. Taling about RW radio....quoted a poem... |
|
"The best lack all conviction, the worst ....intensity... The center cannot hold"
RW has the passion, while our side lays back....
Hear my words, now, and pass em on
With everything you have, convince people, vote no on the recall, no on 54
Chanting it now...

13. Quotation is from Yeats's "The Second Coming" |
|
Turning and turning in the widening gyre, The falcon cannot hear the falconer. Things fall apart, the center cannot hold, Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world. The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere The ceremony of innocence is drowned...
The best lack all conviction, while the worst Are full of passionate intensity.
and much more.
Worth a read,
The Plaid Adder

9. I saw Al Gore many times in 2000 |
|
This is exactly the Gore I saw then. Of course now he has some just below the surfice anger that makes him very compelling. If we have been in hell for the last 3 years, imagine how he must feel.

The Second Coming

right on.
as i watch, i am even more disgusted with who occupies the white house, and saddened that such a smart guy like gore is not in there.
if al gore would run, i would sign up for his campaign in a minute. the guy is just so on target.
no current candidate mixes policy with vision like gore does.
damn, damn, damn. oh well, STOP BUSH!

12. I saw him at a rally here in Las Cruces before the 2003 election... |
|
he was incredible... And I guess that's why I can't really get totally fired up about the present candidates. I'll vote for any of them (well, maybe not Lieberman!)...but then I see Gore and ...well, the anger about 2000 can only be fully released if he's the one running!
So, everyone else is really my second choice!

This was the Al Gore of 2000, the Media just didn't show that.
They were too busing checking out his earth-tones.
