hey, I'm on an island in Washington State
and it's hailing. We've been having really odd weather the last year or so.

1. Hi, I'm in Seattle, the weather HAS been weird
unusually hot in the summer. Dramatically changes around this time of the year. I think it's related to global warming

2. I'm in Arizona, and
it's an El Nino year, so we've been getting lots of rain :-)
I used to be in Bellingham, Wa, till 2001 though.. I miss all the trees!

4. I'm in Montana
and work at an agricultural research station where we have kept detailed weather records since 1892.
Since 1990 our frost free season has increased 24 days. That's a lot when you consider our ff season used to be only 110 days.
Don't call it global warming though, but rather climate change, some areas get colder with the phenomenon.

5. I'm on the southern end of Whidbey island
and I'm glad I didn't drive up to Mount Vernon for thanksgiving.
My relatives in Iowa say they haven't had the right amount of snow for years. By right amount I think they mean the minimum needed for crops to thrive.
