I always have "leftover" stuffing because I make a lot of it, and I buy extra cranberry sauce for the sandwiches.

A classic Dagwood style sandwich, like the BLT, and I have a certain way to assemble each kind of sandwich.

Romaine lettuce is good on turkey/dressing/cranberry sauce sandwiches, too.

Must haves: Lots of leftover dinner (spuds gravy etc)

cold sammich - turkey, swiss, mayo, letuce, tomato on white (bacon if ya got it) w/ potato chips, dill pickles

hot sam: toast, turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, touch of salt mild chedder melted

turkey enchilada casserole, tacos or tostadas

if any real meat left either hash or croquettes

boil them bones there's still a bit of meat for the turkey noodle soup
