I can't even think of a way to describe it. All i can say is it is used alot in videos and is VERY well know.

It sounds like a opera because there is a strong womans opera voice in it. It is used in Alot of Anti-WAR and Anti-Bush Videos

I thought I remembered the music I am hearing in my head (LOL). I've been looking at track listings for Romeo+Juliet's score and that's where I got the Wagner piece I listed below. I swear I know exactly what you're talking about. It's very sturm und drang, very german. DUM DUM DUM DUM! DUM DUM DUM DUM!
