everythingsxen's bestest, most evilest idea!
Imagine this scenario -

A group of a dozen or more people, dressed similarly to the KKK, but in different colors, walk into a Red Lobster in some town that is almost entirely fundie.

They brandish shotguns and other weapons, and move through the restaurant looking for people eating shellfish. When they find them they shout out "Looks like we got ourselves another sinner against God's Law! Don't you know that God said "These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.
And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:
They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination."

"Well boys, I think we outta do God's work here and kill these sinners. You ready to die shrimp-eater?!"

Then spray thm down with tartar sauce and or cocktail sauce and run like hell. :D

This would make for a good urban legend
if appended to letters to the editor about how important it is to stop ALL abominations that are mentioned in the Old Testament. And also that all businesses need to be closed on Sunday-after all, they talk about that in the Ten Commandments!

3. That's actually a funny thought ...

Or someone could write it up as an urban legend "FW:FW:FW OMG! WTF?" e-mail to send out, perhaps even as a response to people (like my mother in law, for instance) who love to perpetuate Fox News memes like the "Verse #9.11 in the Koran" one that goes around every so often ... maybe even with attached pictures of Klansmen and shrimp. The only problem with it is that those who have too little insight to understand that many things that are in the bible were meant to apply to the cultures/civilizations (many of them long-dead) in the day the epistles were written wouldn't be any more likely to understand the overarching theme.

Sadly, in other words, those who are determined to apply obsolete laws to the modern world aren't likely to 'get it,' it would be wasted on those who already do 'get it.'

Ah, well -- I got a giggle out of it, anyway!

4. Those fucking RW emails really work
I've been saying for a long time that we need to start spreading our own urban legends. I'm not creative enough, though.

And have you ever noticed that there's a very specific formula to them? They're either a list of questions and answers or a story, usually having a Paul Harvey-like twist at the end.

"And that little girl who grew up to be the largest financial supporter of terrorist orgainzation Hamas is none other than...Teresa Heinz-Kerry."

6. That made me laugh out loud
I would love to see this. You need to cut the time requirement down, though. By moving through the restaurant and taking time to recite the entire scripture, you're giving the hostess time to call 911 and some gun-toting patron time to shoot first.

8. maybe if
the outfits were very tasteful, each one a solid color of the rainbow flag (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple), with the pointed tips of the klan-like hoods festooned with matching rainbow ribbons to the floor, with paintguns instead of shotguns, and each face made up in absolutely FLAWLESS makeup. you know, as close as you can get to a drag show without bursting into "it's raining men"....

most would probably get the humor AND the irony.

:-)
