5. Then make sure to always remind them whom they voted for
if they suffer in anyway from their idiotic noninformed choices.
I plan on doing so with mine.

10. I already did....
I told them that since they voted for the idiot they voted for his bullshit war, and that they now have the blood of every single human being that dies in this war, on their hands. They didnt seem to like that.

6. Where to even start?
Ive been thinking about writing down a few theories of the southern-red mentality. it is so fucking mind-blowing, and yet sad at the same time. The lack of concern, insight, awareness, knowledge, common sense, etc, etc, etc is fucking scary.

7. But are they suffering?
That's the important part-sitting back and watching them squirm when their hero The Chimp puts forth policies that personally screw them.

11. Bush doesnt screw them....
thats the whole point. even when its so obvious that he did, they still dont believe it. nothing like turning the other cheek when the truth is staring you right in the face. but then again, theyre also very religious.

15. Well, hopefully he will screw them
They are paying more in gas, cutting into their nest eggs.

Prescriptions drug more expensive.

Pensions being fucked with.

Oh, and the coming "privitization" of social security.

But they never seem to get it. that's why you're there-to shove it in their faces every chance you get.

16. Exactly....except for the gas
I live in philly and am paying about $2.17 for my car and $1.99 for my house. Apparently gas down there is between $1.60 and $1.70.

20. I live in the heart of freeperville and cheapest gas
at the old, icky mom-and-pop store is $2.00/gallon and half of it is probably rubbing alcohol.

8. Some...
I usually piss my mother-in-law off quite a bit (purposely, of course) about politics. She doesnt have a fucking clue. Down there, you don't question i guess. It seems ingrained that one does not question your king. Unless of course, it involves them taking away their slaves. They dont seem to give a shit about anybody other than themselves and the other people in their little hillbilly towns. These people should not be allowed to vote!!!

9. Uh, did it come up in conversation
Did they mention that they always have a gun in their car (which is sitting in your driveway) and that toting around a gun is like toting around a check book?

12. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Funny you should say that. My father-in-law is a retired state police officer. He used to be an undercover drug cop. He never, and I mean NEVER goes anywhere without a gun. And there WAS a gun sitting in his car, in front of my house.

13. Yes, same here (or something similar)
My sister-in-law mentioned that she was trying to find Alice's Restaurant on the radio (because boyfriend had never heard) so I played it for him. He didn't care for it. That was fun.

14. These types seem obsessed with getting nonviolent drug "dealers"
but are a-okay with killing tons of civilian women, kids, etc.

17. Actually, He didnt go after non-violent dealers....
He was a big guy within the state police. He doesnt even care about bud and I know he knows I smoke it. He only went after the big guys back in the day. Hes had many high profile arrests, mainly drug dealers and murderers, but youre right, he doesnt give a fuck about whats going on in the world today.
