it is by making assumptions re how it is "supposed" to work.
Because really, it is pretty simple and straight forward.
Did you read the help file? Maybe you are adding "extra steps" that you don't need.

I had a little trouble at first only because the program is so incredibly easy to use!
Dont spend time looking for stuff in the menus just about anything can be accomplished with a simple "drag and drop"

It holds many more songs than I need, it plays well, travels well and I can plug it into a little speaker set on my dek at work and listen to tunes there.
Nothing to not love!

are the bomb...love mine, i take it everywhere, it really has changed the total music listening experience for me...the photo-ipod looks incredible...i might have to upgrade soon...and with steve jobs being a major contributer to the democratic party...i won't feel bad at all.
