That will keep you from dehydrating and should not upset your stomach

and frozen jello cubes too.. The melt-in-your mouth makes sure that your tummy does not get hit with a bunch of liquid all at once :)

2. That sucks, I'm sorry to hear it. I feel for you. hope it's short-lived. |
|
wish I had some advice, besides wear a hairtie if you have longish hair. and be sure to stay hydrated, being dehydrated can make you more nauseous, leading to a viscious cycle. I've had to go the hospital for saline infusion when I that happened. If you can't keeo down water, try to at least suck on some ice.

5. Was there anything interesting in it? |

Please give us all the details.}(
Take care of yourself OK? Get something that has electrolytes in it, like Gatorade. If you can't keep fluid down, try popsicles.
On edit, real flu as in Influenza, doesn't usually involve puking. It's most likely some sort of food poisoning. (Microbiology class)

17. This was going around in my area of the country last month. |
|
If you have a temp., it's probably the same stomach virus that I had in October, not food poisoning.
Somebody else on DU had this last week as I recall.

I'd rather be miserable sick in bed for a week versus 1 day of puking. Oh how I've always hated that.
Suck on some crushed ice and stay hydrated is the main thing. Hope you feel better very VERY soon.

Good to see you here. I'm never here this early!

I am gonna take the day off but I do have to go check on my sister's cat. I may lay on her couch and listen to the stream outside her patio for a while. :-)

21. don't puke on her couch |
|
Unless the color scheme allows for it. You must puke on furniture discreetly in order to get away with it.
If she asks what is that smell, you just shrug and say "I dunno!" Problem solved!

ha.. reminds me of high school parties and there was always someone that barfed all over the carpets or chairs. Our stupid teenage efforts to camoflauge the smell never worked.
or I can just blame the cat... ahhh that's it!
ugh.. the thought of doing that again

I made the toilet or balcony every time! But I do remember at one friend's house where he puked right on the living room carpet, which was this gnarly combo of colors anyway...put my hand right in it when I lifted him up... :puke:
It was his 16th birthday. It's a wonder we lived through high school.

aacckkkkk.. that would have made me hurl right there..
no kidding about living through high school. Bad enough we'd get drunk like that, but then we'd drive home because God forbid we called a parent because then they'd know we had been drinking!!! :eyes:
ok WD.. I'm think I'm going back to sleep. I have this raging headache :-(
Have a good day!
