Less raw and sour.
I chilled it slightly. Not alot. Just cooler than room temp.
I guess you are supposed to drink it this way. I didn't know that until a friend told me a couple of days ago...
I agree that it is fruitier and lighter this year...

Must be what a migraine feels like. Tried it a second time, careful to limit myself to two glasses - same migraine-like monster headache.
What's funny is I can drink regular beaujolais without any problem....
