I bought a piece of cod today and also two trout fillets. I would like to know how you cook them?

1. I'd have my Hubby put those on the grill

I don't know what to do with the trout. I've never cooked any. Maybe pan frying?

3. Both pan fried in butter

Melt the butter in the frying pan, then season it with oregano, cilantro, dill, salt, pepper, and a little lemon. Pan fry them in the butter until golden brown. No breading needed.
