4. What type?
I'm looking at the 17 inch one, one with 1.6 memory and the other with 1.8, the 20 inch one might stretch me to the limit...never used an Apple before...

6. depends on what you are planning to do with it
they all have the same graphic processor and VRAM so gaming is pretty much the same on all systems except for what the processor load can handle...

If you are doing more of the surfing, word processing, image editing, music management, e-mail stuff than gaming, go with the 1.6 and save a few bucks (bump up the ram to 512 if you can). If you are doing a little gaming aside from other work, then get the 1.8. It has a faster front side bus (the rate at which information goes to and from the RAM chips) and will require less processor load for gaming.

7. Getting very heavy into photography...
I want to use Photoshop to play with my pics and print them on a photo-quality printer like an Epsom 1280...that and surfing the net are about the only things I use it for, not really a game freak...

8. then get the 1.6, spend what you save on a bluetooth module
and a gig or RAM and it will serve you well for many, many years.
