1. Don't Fret Your Not 24/7 Yet |
|
Now when you become truly virtual you can go beyond the 24/7 limitation.
Several are working on that MO now.

I always say, "OK, I will go to bed earlier tonight." I never do. I stay here and hang out late into the night.

8. What's the difference? GMT thinks it's the middle of tomorrow morning! |
|
Edited on Sun Nov-28-04 11:56 PM by Radio_Lady
Look up in the upper right hand corner. The last DU message says it's tomorrow morning around who-knows-when because it's GMT! It would be good to have some other choices. However, it works in our favor in certain ways. Since the East Coast is three hours ahead of us, I can get up at 5 AM Pacific Time and get people already in their offices in New York! Whoopee! For the children, we show them the New Year's Eve celebrations in New York and Washington at 9 PM and then they can go to bed while we PARTY ON! We used to live in Area Code 508 (Massachusetts) and now that we are in Area Code 503 (Oregon), we got calls way early out here -- it's a BIG advantage and quite chastening for them to know that I AM STILL IN PAJAMAS because they didn't figure out the A/C problem.
OK. Here's the deal. Despite what it says on the upper right quadrant of this message, it is now 8:55 PM in Oregon. Still a couple of hours to go before I have to go to bed! I'll be lurking until then.
In peace,
Radio_Lady
