Anyone see "A Christmas Carol" last night starring Dr. Frasier Crane? |
|
I mean, Kelsey Grammer. What did you think of it? It was better than I thought it would be, but the ultimate Scrooge for me is Alistair Sim's from the classic 1951 film.

It took off not only American Dreams, but Crossing Jordan as well. Really! Some things should not be messed with.
Oh and stop remaking A Christmas Carol already. I'm surprised Nick and Jessica haven't signed on for a version yet.......

I don't try to watch heavy duty repubs unless I am forced to.

Wasn't too bad. The music was forgettable. Musicals can be irritating anyway, and Kelsey can't sing.
How many versions does this make on film, anyway? Soon we'll be able to watch a different interpretation every day of the year.

Listen to Patrick Stewart doing his one man reading of it on audiobook. It is just fantastic.
