How many blades will razors get up too?
I think razors are now up to 4 blades in the Quatro.

I was just wondering when the Cinco will come out ?

I saw a funny spoof of that on a comedy show onces. It had an animation showing one blade at a time going over skin slowly peeling away flesh and bone as more and more blades passed over.

I am still using two bladed razors..i guess I need to get with the program.

1. My husband tried the triples and he likes them.
Well, when he doesn't have a beard, that is. And that has been ever since 9-11-01 (he travels alot).

We haven't tried the quatro.

3. Saturday Night Live
John Belushi was the caveman in the beginning of that skit.

And to think I actually have 3-blade disposable razors at home.

4. 4 is too many
3 blade razors get clogged enough. I prefer two blades, but my favorite brand only comes in a 3 blade version.

5. Mach 3
A great razor. I tried the Schick version, and it just wasn't working.

But, really, the Bic one blade disposables work well enough for me.

6. I hated 3 blades at first...
... I had to learn to shave with my hand at a different angle than the two blade. Once I got that down I fell in love.

THE MORE BLADES THE BETTER! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHA!

8. Al Jaffee said 76
Al Jaffee is America's answer to Da Vinci. His sketchbooks of the future were printed in MAD Magazine and they've proven surprisingly accurate.

One of his sketchbooks was "the space age razor race" in which he described such wonders as the "plucker" razor, which grabbed hairs and pulled them out, and the "laser" razor, which burned them off with a death ray. Both have been brought to market--the Epilator and the LightSheer laser hair remover.

The "ultimate razor" was the Trac LXXVI, which had 76 blades mounted on links in a chain. It had two handles on it and you shaved with it by holding it to your face and scrubbing with it.

So since he's imagined so many other things we have now, I'd say 76 is the limit.

11. The Mach 3 is pretty sweet
I really want the new one that vibrates, but being a poor college student I can't afford the damn blades. They are like 15 bucks for 4 or something ridiculous. At least here in Oklahoma where the cost of living is pretty cheap.
