I am about to embark on bratwurst cooked on my Geo. Foreman Grill. (with lots of kraut)

Wish me luck.

3. I ditched the turkey Saturday and made Chinese food instead
I overcooked my bird this year and the leftovers sucked. I did use the leftover mashed potatoes to make potato pancakes.

4. Oh man!
Like, real butcher shop style bratwurst? Or the cheapo kind?

Either way, it's been so long since I've had one! Oh my, I'm so hungry.

Make sure you use some good stoneground style mustard, don't spoil it with the yellow pasty kind.

5. ugh...
After two turkeys and a ham in the past week, I'm ready to go vegetarian. I feel like a great boil of pus ready to burst.

:puke: :hurts:

6. I'm done with turkey for now
My sister made us pasta today so that's what I had for dinner!

But I did see this show on the Food Network and they made turkey meatballs, which looked really good. Of course, you can't make the meatballs from the leftover turkey but I still wanted some.
