Weird Computer Occurence-Need Help

I was surfing the net and a big "archive not found!!!" screen opens up and I couldn't close it because the icon on the bottom was dead... I started and restarted my computer and it was still there...

The only way I got rid of it was by going into system restore and going back in time....

What was it?

You done caught a spyware.

Boot into safe mode and try running a spyware killer.
