4. Italian
The plain kind, not spicy, cook em and put in fridge. They taste best when they are cold. Sounds yucky but isn't.

11. only six choices?
And Bratwurst is a style of preparing, not really just one sausage.

For sausages served hot, I'd say real Frankfurters.

16. Ah
I was not aware.

You see, the aim is to help educate myself and others on the many sausages available to the common man.

Fish sausage, a rare but delicious delicacy occasionally made by my local supermarket.

Otherwise, Andouille.

While we have fish-sausages in Berlin, but New Haven was the only place where I found some that actually tasted good.

14. Linguiça
a highly seasoned Portuguese pork sausage flavored with garlic and onions. It was my pizza topping of choice at Pietro's in Portland.

17. What? No Haggis??
how could this savory sausage escape notice? What's not to like about a mixture of the minced heart, lungs, and liver of a sheep - mixed with suet, onions, oatmeal, and seasonings and boiled in the stomach of the slaughtered animal? :puke:
