But if a woman from MY state wins, who has my last name (with hammer added at the end,) I'll be QUITE happy! :-)

Believe me, I'm glad she won, she later went on to marry our state's lieutenant governor and become the host of a local news program. She's a good person though, and (thankfully) supports Democratic causes (such as HELPING the veterans!).

Miss Ca kind of sounded dumb too. Oooohh good answer for Miss MD, no vouchers!!!
Miss WI.... hmmm not the best, not the worst. Miss HI wasn't bad, talking about teaching students with diversity.

I turned it on to see the talent section, but I missed it. Were there any classical musicians or Opera singers?

I LOVED what Miss Maryland said! With what she said about vouchers alone, I hope she wins! People like her DESERVE it!!!
