Butch took over with Chris Palmer's players and they got to the playoffs-he got rid of them, got his own guys in, got rid of front office people, took over as gm and let's see, what have they done since........NADA! Not that Palmer's players were any better, but having a pat-em-on-the-back coach who looked for U of Miami players (or guys he tried to recruit for UM) didn't work here.
