I think it was found on the net and cropped/photoshopped as it struck EarlG or Skinner as being representative of a Repuke Team Leader.

8. DU has great graphics. I'm always awed by them and

wonder how they come up with the perfect graphic to go with the articles. I send kudos to whomever is in charge of DU graphics.
