Poll question: Who will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl?
Edited on Tue Nov-30-04 06:38 PM by mark414
Despite the fact that the NFC is absolutely miserable this year, there's a couple teams that could definitely give the AFC a run for their money

1. Green Bay - After starting 1-4 (with 3 ugly, embarrassing home losses), have since turned around and won 6 straight. Does Favre has one final ring in his sights before retirement?

2. Philadelphia - First team since the '85 Bears to clinch their division after just 11 games. An absolute powerhouse on both sides of the ball. But can they actually win the NFC Championship?

3. Minnesota - Will they hit their usual second-half slump? They've won 2 straight and seem to be holding strong.

4. Atlanta - Great defense and Michael Vick on offense, what more do you need?

That's it. I don't have any hope for the rest of the NFC.

I would love to see GB beat the Eagles in the playoffs as payback for last year.

7. Brett Favre and his crew kick ass.
Too bad the defense needs some work. The Pack have a good chance of getting to the superbowl if their defense can hold up. Otherwise I think Brett still has a good year or two left.

11. After watching his performance last night on MNF
I would have to agree with you (and I also agree that the D needs work, especially in the secondary).

10. I'd love to see Philly but they seem to choke on the big one...
when they get there.
The Packers are hot and may win out the reat of the regular season.

New England and Green Bay in the Super Bowl this year.

14. When the Pack won the superbowl last...
I ended up standing in a snowbank with nothing on but a pair of boxers and a cheesehead.
I'm willing to do it again.

15. New York Giants!
They will be taking a curious route from losing record wild card team(7-9 may get it done this year)

But they shall rise above the crap that is the NFC and go to the Super Bowl to get pasted by whoever is from the AFC.

The NFC is a joke. Whoever wins the AFC is super bowl champion
