White Tea is Good for Your Health.
Edited on Wed Dec-01-04 01:05 AM by umtalal
I drink white tea twice a day ( found at a reasonable price at Trader Joe's in California) and I also drink Juar Tea-an African herb tea and the latest hit in Japan.

This advice is my season's gift to my DU friends. Enjoy.

not actually a mushroom, but it looks like one. It is a colony that you grow yourself.

5. Juar tea is derived from the African words: Jua ( the sun) & Ardhi (land)
An Arican herb tea that is rich in polyphenol and SOD enzyme. It helps one to: stay calm & more benefits. It is strong, for instance one bag makes about 10 cups of tea ( my own estimate.)

4. Indeed, I heard it is more powerful than green tea.
My kiddo and I are working really hard at not getting deathly ill this season.

I have that, and then I try to have tea with echinacea as well.
