Poll question: little poll about PRIVATE bathrooms.
Do you read in there?

And if you do indeed read in there, just what are you reading?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Me? I don't read in the bathroom, but other members of the fam do.

I think we have Interview magazine in there, Oprah magazine, The Nation magazine, and assorted others.

1. I read while I brush my teeth. Does that count?
Dentist says brush for 5 minutes. I read 2 pages a minute. It's a good timing device.

Other than that...

10. Yep - WIRED, Sciene and Spirit, Christian Century, Architectural Digest
Pretty much all my magazine reading is in the bathroom. If I'm in the middle of a book, that might end up going in as well. Also like to sometimes pull out the old Fox Trot and Bloom County and Calvin & Hobbes collections.

11. I sometimes
read a magazine in there - usually grab it from my desk (GQ or Advocate) but we don't keep anything readily available. I have even taken my textbook into the bathroom with me when I was studying.

just kidding.. sometimes I read my sister's hand-me-down People magazine in there. If you read in the bathroom I think fluff is the best stuff to read.

17. OK, I'll admit it.
On rare occasions I'll take my mail in there to sort out the junk and see how much I owe my creditors. But usually I don't read in there.
