My father in law just emailed us a scanned in copy of a Christmas card my mother in law got from BUSH!!! I FEEL DIRTY for having seen the scanned image!

He even scanned in the envelope with her address and everything. It had a Bible quote (of course) from Psalms about praising God.

Oh oh oh here comes my lunch!

He called it proof that my mother in law is "well-connected" and has "friends in high places."

I knew they were freeperish but I just don't think I am even going to ever be able to look at them the same way. Why in the world would you BRAG about that piece of filth murderous warmonger sending you a Christmas card?

Off to puke now. My husband just deleted it. Said he didn't even want to respond. I saw him gagging.

I am sorry. Somehow, my parents ended up on the * mailing list and they got disqusting photos every week begging for money. They called and told the Bush people to fuck off because they didn't have any money after the "successful" first term, so they were not going to pay for little hitler to conquer the world. They haven't recieved anything since, needless to say. They probably sent out millions of these cards on the taxpayer dime.

Back in the good old days, my mother worked in the Clinton White House. (She was "one-degree" from President Clinton, so that made me two degrees from President Clinton. :-)

Anyway... she managed to get my name on the official WH Christmas Card mailing list, so I received a card from Bill and Hillary every Christmas. I did put them on display with the rest of my cards (up front) but I'd never send SCANNED images or photocopies of it to anyone. That's just gauche... and rude.

I have three letters from Clinton. I am under no disillusion that he wrote them himself, but at least I got a RESPONSE. I have written this maladministration a couple of times (the first year or so he was squatting) and got NADA, not a single response. And I was VERY respectful. I simply had a couple of questions.

I didn't know yet back in 2001 that questions are not allowed anymore.
