But the Twinkies are going nowhere in the post-season. They are the best in the worst division in baseball. It's like being the tallest building in Topeka. No starters to speak of, but a pretty good closer. Good heart, but no talent.

they were the best team in the old AL worst detroit was going to kill them in the ALCS (didn't happen) they won the world series beating a heavily favored Cardinals team. The blue jays and Brave were going to stomp them in '91 (didn't happen). They won the world series in 1991 as well. Last year the A's were a juggernaut who couldn't be beaten (they lost). So don't count them out just yet.
