Anybody catch 'Law & Order' last night. |
|
"Detectives trace a drug massacre to a heroin-dealing Afghan warlord who claims diplomatic immunity. In the bloody wake of a massacre of heroin dealers, Detectives Fontana and Green track through a list of international criminals until they target their primary suspect -- a drug-dealing Afghan warlord who's aided U.S. forces in Afghanistan and claims diplomatic immunity. But A.D.A.s McCoy and Southerlyn fearlessly prosecute despite State Department pressure and a defense lawyer who claims his Afghan client was forced to push drugs in order to maintain his cover -- and ultimately continue to aid American military efforts."
I must say, it took a lot of guts to air that episode. Somehow, I can't imagine Bubba and Mary Jo Freeptard coming home from their weekly Jeebus rally sitting down in the doublewide and tuning in to that one.

|
soon. I forget the newest chapter name.
My homepage on Verizon this morning said Ohrbach has prostate cancer, but they don't think it's serious.
I love Lenny. FSC

Kids, remember. You're only encouraged to use heroin if the money is going towards financing an illegal operation sponsored by Bushco.

1. He didn't retire from acting. He'll be headlining Law and Order: Trial by Jury.
2. He has prostate cancer and will undergo surgery and chemo in a couple of days. He is expected to recover fully. If you have a contact address, be sure to send him a note or a card, and thank him for his decades of excellent work from The Fantasticks onward.
Incidentally, Vincent D'Onofrio may be leaving L&O:SVU. He has been acting erratically lately and has been passing out for reasons that have yet to be diagnosed. No news on whether this is a psych problem or something neurological. So now we have a second "Get Well Soon" to send.

He's on Criminal Intent, the weakest of the franchise.
Now, if the guy from SVU leaves, I will be SO upset. He's my favorite.

A system hiccup or keyboard bounce made that post about Jerry Orbach appear twice. Ignore or delete as you wish.

They've always had the guts to air shows that made advertisers crings (The abortion clinic bombing episode from the first season as an example.)
As for Lenny, he retired at the end of last season. I heard on the radio this morning that he's working around his prostate cancer treatments...guess that's why he left the show.

Lenny left and I cannot stand Dennis Farina. I will stick to the TNT repeats and SVU episodes.

I get tired of the always bash democrats all the time. I mean, can anyone tell me when they did a story about a corrupt government official and it wasn't a dem?
Although last night was good, but I fell asleep before the end, right at the beginning of the court room scenes. Can anyone fill me in on how it ended?
