strange censoring on Discovery Channel
Just watching Monster House, the Disco edition. Some discussion about
the rotating bed they're going to put in. One guy asks if it should
rotate while people are having sex on it.

And the word "sex" was bleeped out.

Sex.

Was bleeped out.

Sex.

2. at least they didn't edit in
Sharkweek.

Should the bed be rotating when they have SHARKWEEK on it?

3. Discovery Times Channel Has Been a Rove Propaganda Machine
I watched a documentary on Yugoslavia and it made Clinton look bad. They have ben running documentaries-much like the Hitler (History) channel depicting Bush as a hero who conquered the evil Saddam. It doesn't surprise me that the religious fundies have a handle in the programming now that Rove is calling the shots.

5. I used to love Discovery
when it was about discovery. Now, every fuckin' time I turn it on, someone is building a motorcycle or covertly designing a house. What happened to all the history documentaries or the shows about unexplained phenomena, or even nature shows. Good thing I don't get TLC anymore. That channel was getting even worse.
