Just Swam a Mile
Actually, I swim 1,650 yards every lunch. Or try to.

Ask me anything.

Just break it up into 200 yard segments. Feels great.

5. Very nice.
I don't swim but I walk practically every day. Just got back from a 3 mile walk in the woods. About 50 degrees here - very bracing. Feels so good.

6. Very cool...where do you live?
We don't have woods 'round these parts.

I go nuts and get depressed if I can't squeeze in some form of a workout every day.

7. Santa Cruz mountains
Just south of Los Gatos, CA. There's a county park just up the road with a nice trail through the redwoods that comes out at a small lake. Ducks and blue herons. Great place to walk or run.

9. Know it well...grew up in Sunnyvale
Rode my bike up to Santa Cruz once. Going up sucked, but cruising down through the Santa Cruz mountains was breathtaking. I miss trees and rain.

10. Nice work
Once a swimmer, always a swimmer. My heart breaks for you...not having access to a pool for several years! Unthinkable.
