I took niacin one time because I heard it prevented migraine headaches.
Well, I must not have realized that there was already a day's worth of niacin in my multi-vitamin, because I started to flush and absolutely ITCH LIKE HELL! My head started itching, my face itched, then my back itched, and I turned all red. It was god awful.
