1. Multigrain Cheerios, regular Cheerios, and good old old-fashioned oatmeal.
I eat one of those three for breakfast just about every day.

8. Frosted mini wheats and I haven't eaten them for three years
I found out that half a bowl pretty much gave me the calories, fat and sugar allowance for the day. Now I eat Trader Joe's high fiber cereal and it blows.

17. Ooooooh, I used to love Boo Berry
and Franken Berry as a kid. Anybody remember peanut butter Captain Crunch? Another favourite way back when. And Muffets. They were great to play with.

Now, my favourite cereals are Nature's Path Hemp Granola, Quaker Oat Bran and Multi Grain cheerios.

PS. Seriously, if you haven't tried Basic 4, it's REALLY good and is very good for you. It's a white box with a big green "4" on it in the cereal section

24. Wheat Chex
Oh yum.

But I haven't been able to get them for the last four years as I've been out of the country. Well, I can get them here but it's like ten bucks a box. That's just silliness.

I used to pour them in the bowl, mash them up a little bit, and gulp them down with plain EdenSoy milk. That's the yummiest thing in the whole wide world. I indulge whenever I get to go home.

I'm hungry!
