Well, there is not a whole lot you can do about it now....
Hopefully it will just give her a mini-vaccination when she gets all kinds of antibodies generated from some malicious germs.

Also, tell her not to behave in a way that our Emporer would.

Their intestinal tract is colonized with THE SAME coliform bacteria as is present in the primary caregiver's, so unless many others use your toilet, there should be no major ill effects.
