Ya dont need to soak em. Spiced up they are tasty. They come in all diff. types, red, fancy, etc. Good cold or hot. Can't say a bad ting about them. Not popular enuf in this country.

RAW kibe.
Pita bread.
Homus (mashed chick peas)
