So, looking for a new business venture? Consider a Crime Scene Cleanup company. They clean up homicides, suicides, and accidental deaths. :puke:

1. Supposedly it pays very well.
Gruesome, but no more so than the first responders have to deal with and it pays SO much better.

6. There's a group of Paramedics
around here with a business that does just that. They have to deal with that kind of situation anyway so they're used to it.

2. So does Servicemaster
When I was in the State's Attorney's office, we always referred citizens to Servicemaster. They were great.

It's a real science, getting the smell out of an apartment where a body has been on the floor for a week. With the heat on.

12. How SAD...and traumatizing for the pet.
first the pet lost its owner and second they had to eat them to survive.

4. i saw one of their vans on the highway before they were "famous"
pretty self-explanatory, what their business line is.

not an everyday sight on the highways, though.

one hopes.

also, not a growth industry.

one hopes.

8. He just got a contract from FOX
To do a sitcom...

From the best job in the world, to the worst: sticking your nose up Rupert Murdoch's ass.

13. I love it especially when he goes International he's a hell of a comedian
and that insomniac gig is so 'him'. I like his whole self portrait camera technique. The pix come out pretty good.

7. I worked for a company
That performed these services. It is extremely hazardous work, especially with the amount of body fluids involved. You pretty much have to wear protective gear from head to toe and take many extra precautions. Crime scene clean-up is nothing like being a first responder, as it is usually days later when you arrive on a scene. This smell is one you will never forget.

14. Smells have such an impact on a persons memory. I don't think
that is what I wanna do. I couldn't handle that. I'm pretty sensitive to the evil things humans do to each other and to animals especially.
