Should I become a photojournalist?
A couple of friends thought I'd be excellent for this field, because of my photographic and writing skills.

SHould I look for this to be next in my line of careers?

1. start out freelancing
as a hobby, always carry your camera around and get a police scanner. Start off with local stuff, like fires and car accidents.

Its what I did when I was a do-everything reporter for a weekly newspaper.

2. Why not?
If you can make a living doing something you love, then go for it. It will make live so much better.
